Another great beer. I love the hoppiness of the Furious as well as the hint of grapefruit I’m tasting. This is the first time I’ve had it out of the can, and it’s super cold. Kind of wish it were a little warmer. I would really dig trying this beer with a big warm bite of baked bread cheese. mmmm…

Bread cheese! I had never heard of this until a couple weeks ago and it was delicious. Correct me if I’m wrong, but it’s not bread at all, it’s just cheese, and it’s a Wisconsin thing?
By the way, just wanted you to know I’m really enjoying your ideas for what food to pair with the beers. Keep it up chef
