Golden Promise malt and four American hop varieties result in a rich malt sweetness infused with bright hop flavor and aroma from beginning to end. It's about 6% alcohol and around 100 IBUs.

Erin says I had low expectations

Sorry for the late post – I was here last week, and didn’t want to risk putting a can of beer in my suitcase. After reading everyone else’s review, I knew this would be a beer that I wouldn’t really care for. In fact, I didn’t even want to waste a whole can on myself, because my husband loves this beer (as will come in his review soon, I’m sure). At his request, after my few small sips that I didn’t like, I tried a big sip “to really let the flavor sink in” as he said. I still don’t like it. Sorry, Surly lovers – more for you!
