Brewer's Description
This brew is a good example of what happens when ol' mother nature gets mad. Angry Planet is made with organic American 2-row, Caramel 60 and Munich malts. Featuring Cascade hops, with a large dry hop addition. An aroma of citrus and light toast. A nice flavorful punch of citrus hop is balancedby slight caramel sweetness and plays off on the hop bitterness. We are working on USDA certification for this beer.
SRM - 14, ABV - 6.0%, IBU - 45

All it takes is crafting from the right person’s (Jeff’s) hands. Angry Planet is a beautiful copper color, reminiscent of many an IPA. There was sufficient head, enough so that the server had to pour some off, and a mild hoppy-sweet aroma. With a creamy feel in the mouth and just enough hops to make my taste buds smile without going over the edge this is a winner in my book.
