Lakemaid Beer is a limited release brew from August Schell Brewing Company and Rapala. Brewed in Schell's old world tradition, this classic American lager is a crisp, clean, refreshing beer, specially brewed to capture the flavor of the fishing country were the legendary Lakemaids swim.
With a mild malt flavor like a soft summer breeze and the sparkle of hops that dances like sun on the water, this is the ice cold beer with a taste so good it proves that great fishermen never need to exaggerate.

A fun idea and I got a kick out of the different labels as well as finding out what fish you caught under each bottle cap. The beer itself was just average at a bit above average price. Something that was fun for the moment but that’s about it.
