Brewer's Description
Originally brewed by monks, Bock eventually became the official beer of May Day celebrations. In that centuries-old tradition, Summit created Maibock. This malty, pale beer is brewed using Czechoslovakian Saaz hops, specialty malts and German lager yeast.
Made with Harrington and Munich Malts and Czechoslovakian Saaz and Mt. Hood Hops. It's 6.7% alcohol and 40 IBUs.

berrywise says The best I had this weekend

I tried four different Einbock/Maibock beers this weekend and the Summit won out hands down. Though it didn’t hold a candle to the $2.55 pints of Ommegang Hennepin I found. Oh Wisconsin.
