Brewer's Description
Originally brewed by monks, Bock eventually became the official beer of May Day celebrations. In that centuries-old tradition, Summit created Maibock. This malty, pale beer is brewed using Czechoslovakian Saaz hops, specialty malts and German lager yeast.
Made with Harrington and Munich Malts and Czechoslovakian Saaz and Mt. Hood Hops. It's 6.7% alcohol and 40 IBUs.

This is what I’ve come to expect from any beer ending in …bock. I want to say this tastes smokey. Perfect balance for malt. A little sweet on the aftertaste, but the overall taste is simply amazing. Once of the best Minnesota beers in existence.
