Brewer's Description
Originally brewed by monks, Bock eventually became the official beer of May Day celebrations. In that centuries-old tradition, Summit created Maibock. This malty, pale beer is brewed using Czechoslovakian Saaz hops, specialty malts and German lager yeast.
Made with Harrington and Munich Malts and Czechoslovakian Saaz and Mt. Hood Hops. It's 6.7% alcohol and 40 IBUs.

5igmund says Nice Specimen of Maibock

This is a nice rendition of a Maibock, a bit sweet, subtle, lightly hopped. Again, Summit is not going out on any limbs here, just making a good rendition of a classic German brew.
