Much like snowflakes, no two Snowstorm beers are alike. Once a year, our brewmasters lock themselves in the testing room with a secret selection of fine malts and hops, only emerging when they've hit upon something truly extraordinary.
Snowstorm 2007 was inspired by the Monastic beers of Belgium. Authentic Belgian yeast produces subtle overtones of fruiit and spice. Six malts combined with a touch of Turbinado sugars help to create a complex malt character, with hints of raisins, dark fruit and rum. We hope you enjoy savoring it as much as we enjoyed making it!

Honestly I don’t remember a great deal about this beer, having started long before, except that it had a nice lemony zest and some belgian tasting yeast. All-together better than I anticipated but felt out of season. However beware; gravity kills those who don’t pay it mind, and it’s lurking in there.
